Sauna world
Finnish Sauna – Hot indulgence
In the sauna made of old Tyrolean alpine hut wood, one can sweat at high temperatures (approx. 80°C) and low air humidity from 10-30%. The infusions have a wholesome effect on the respiratory tract. Cooling off is done in the secluded fresh air bath with larch timber bank and meditation tips.
Bio-sauna – Gentle sweating
People who find the classical sauna too dry should visit the bio-sauna. The “Sanarium” has a gentle 55-65°C with approx. 60% air humidity and is to be recommended to those who want to have a sauna but must take care of their circulation.
Aromatic steam sauna – Wrapped up in fog
Even the Romans recognised the positive effect that steaming warmth has on skin, hair and respiratory organs. Ideal conditions for physical regeneration are reached at 100% air humidity and approx. 45°C. The application of ethereal oils varies according to the season.
